If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 5 working days of the goods received date for a full refund, provided that the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for obvious reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us by email, phone, or live chat. Once you have received your RMA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.

Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely. Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged or altered in any way.
